Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 peeled kiwifruit
  • 3 firm bananas

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Chill thoroughly.

  2. The strawberries and kiwi provide your daily need for vitamin C. Plus, you get a double dose of plant estrogens from the strawberries and soy milk. You can use frozen blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries in place of the strawberries.
